Dr. Hila Lowenstein

Lecturer at the School of Communications, Ariel University. Her research focuses on the socio-political implications of emerging technologies, with a particular emphasis over the past year on pro-social campaigns utilizing deepfake technology.

Dr. Nili Steinfeld

Senior Lecturer at the School of Communications, Ariel University. Her research interests include the ethics of artificial intelligence, with a focus on aspects such as transparency and privacy, as well as the pro-social applications of advanced communication technologies. Employs a diverse range of research tools, including eye-tracking and network analysis.

Prof. Payal Arora

Professor of Inclusive AI Cultures at Utrecht University and the co-founder of the Inclusive AI Lab, a debiasing tech with the Global South initiative. A digital anthropologist with two decades of user experiences among low-income communities, especially in the Global South, to shape inclusive designs and policies.

Maria Rice

Executive Director of MIT Reality Hack (including the EXPERIENTIAL Innovation Conference and the Founders’ Lab), and Boston Director of Business Development for medVR, a medical startup accelerator. Translates ethical mission and programmatic goals into application.
